Tribal Court
NISQUALLY TRIBAL COURT MISSION STATEMENT:
The Tribal Court is responsible for providing direct and non-direct judicial functions to ensure an autonomous Court System that can enforce codes and other community regulations. This is done through developing and implementing contemporary business and management practices via Court Administration Staff and Regulation and Enforcement through the Judicial Court Staff.

- CRIMINAL COURT
Every Monday of each Month – 09:00 A.M.
- TRAFFIC COURT
2nd Wednesday of each Month – 10:30 A.M.
Contested 3rd Wednesday of each month 10:30 A.M.
- CIVIL COURT

- JUVENILLE COURT
1st and 3rd Tuesday of each Month – (Appearances are to be scheduled)
- YOUTH COURT-ICW-1st and 3rd Tuesday of each Month – (Appearances are to be scheduled)
