Housing

We, at the Nisqually Housing Program, would like to introduce ourselves. As most of the Nisqually Tribe is aware, we have taken over for SPSITHA and are now in control of the program.

There are a lot of great opportunities happening at the housing department. We are in the process of creating multiple programs to help individuals create homeownership and/or rental assistance. The Nisqually Housing Program would like to invite anyone interested in homeownership to talk with us.

Mission Statement

To provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing to the Tribal membership, including housing acquisition, new construction, housing financing, renovation and rental assistance, through the creative use of all available financial resources, and the human resources of the Tribal community and Tribal staff.
