Professionalism is defined as an individual’s conduct at work. Some think that as long as you do your job well nothing else matters. However, it turns out your boss, customers and co-workers all care. They will notice if you lack professionalism and it could have major consequences for your career. It can also impact how well your team performs. To minimize the importance of professionalism in the workplace would be a big mistake. In this two- day interactive training participants will gain knowledge and skills on how to conduct yourself as a professional in your present job.
