March 11th - Youth Cultural Social Distancing Projects

 

Culture classes will teach students to make medicine bags, moccasins, and introduction to beading. This program is based on creating cultural artwork through distance learning. Videos will produced by the instructor with step by step instructions on how to create the projects listed above. Kits will be handed out with all the necessary supplies included in the kit. The videos will be posted on the tribes’ website for tribal and community members to follow along. Kits will be given out, along with community lunches.

 

First Kit pick up starts March 11, 2021, 12:00 - 1:30pm. Call the Youth Center for more info 360-455-5213.
