September 2017 - Yoga


Increase flexibility, strength, balance and overall relaxation. Our beginning level yoga class is taught by Michelle Pugh, certified yoga instructor. No experience necessary!

 

When/Where:

  • Every Tuesday at 12p.m. (noon) at NYCC
  • Thursday, September 7th & 21st at 12p.m. (noon) at NYCC
  • Thursdays, September 14th & 28th at 12p.m. (noon) at Billy Frank Jr. Building
