All classes will be on pause. Our program is in the middle of moving to a new place: Maroon Corner House on End of Lashi. Once we are settled in, we will post what events and classes will start up again.

Walk With Me Wednesdays

 

We will walk around the inside track for 30 minutes. I will have music over the sound system while we walk.

 

Two sessions:

  • 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM
