Nisqually Tribal Gaming Commission and Agency are the primary regulators regulating all gaming activity within Tribal Lands. We co-regulate with Washington State Gaming Commission for Class III gaming and co-regulate with National Indian Gaming Commission for Class II gaming.
Mission Statement
The primary goal of the Nisqually Tribal Gaming Commission and Agency is to protect Tribal assets within the Casino and the integrity of its gaming through Tribal, State, and Federal regulations; and to ensure the safety of patrons and employees.
