August 17^th - 24^th - Huckleberry Camp

Accommodations include: 

• Kitchen Area
• Trailers (For Elders/Disabled)
• Tent Area and Dorm room w/(beds and showers) 

The Leschi Heritage Department will be hosting a huckleberry camp at the Cispus Learning Center. This will be a gathering with Cultural activities and Survival/Healing Components.

Some of the activities will include:

• Traditional Medicine making
• Arts/Crafts (sewing, weaving, beading, carving, etc...)
• C.A.R. program
• Storytelling/Sharing Knowledge
• Nisqually Language
• Song and Dance
• Stickgame and Cornhole tournaments
