- Leaving Nisqually Elders Building 7/6/2025 at 9:30am (Change in time possible)
- Check in: 7/6/2025 at 4:00pm

Transportation: We will be leaving at 9:30am, with possibility of change, if you are riding bus you will be notified of changes. Please call Nisqually Elders for bus sign-up, there are only 15 spaces available for the bus.
Cancelations: Please call to cancel so your spot may be forwarded to another Elder, please cancel 72 hours before the day of travel, so we have time to accommodate another.
All rooms are reserved prior to travel. Those who do not sign up may not get a room.
Sign-Up Day: June 11th, 2025. Please come to sign up at 9:30am on June 11th, 2025. Your call will be taken in the order received at 10:30am.
